Chief Executive Officer
Ed was appointed President and CEO in October 2018. He had been a managing director with Accenture, spending 23 years in the Communications, Media and HighTech industry group.
During his tenure at Accenture, Ed served a number of client service and practice development roles. He was a thought leader in the service provider industry. His focus was on carrier digital transformation, working with carriers in their journey around software-defined networking, cloud computing, security, multispeed delivery, product incubation and omnichannel.
Ed has a history on focusing on customer relationship development, complex transformation programs, building multi-disciplined high-performance teams, developing partnerships and market offerings. Prior to joining Dispersive, he worked with the company on its value proposition, market strategy, and joint customer opportunities.
Ed holds a BS in Computer Science from the University of Pittsburgh.
Chief Revenue Officer
Chris leads sales, marketing, professional services, ecosystems and alliances for Dispersive.
Chris joined Dispersive after serving as senior vice president and general manager of the software division at ADVA. There he drove market adoption of the company’s software-defined products and services for virtual enterprise.
He has also held executive positions at Overture Networks, Boeing, Narus, Syndesis, Spirent, Hekimian and Verizon. His responsibilities included cloud and edge, networking, cybersecurity, fulfillment and service assurance companies.
Chris holds BS degrees in finance and accounting from The Pamplin School of Business at Virginia Tech. He has completed executive business training at Wharton and Darden business schools.
Chief Technology Officer
Prior to joining Dispersive, Rick was a senior principal engineer and senior manager at Ciena Corporation. He also served in senior technical positions at Siemens, Motorola, and Scientific Atlanta (now Cisco).
Rick has advised multiple startups in the Advanced Development Technology Center of the Georgia Institute of Technology. He has authored 11 granted patents in the networking space.
Rick holds a BS in computer science from Florida Atlantic University. While there, he was president of Upsilon Pi Epsilon, the international honor society for computer science.

Greg joined Dispersive in January 2019, having contributed to the success of Apigee, GoldenGate, Inktomi, Netscape, Sybase and Oracle.
With 31 years of Silicon Valley startup experience, he has advised over a dozen successful exits through IPOs and M&A as a recognized leader in corp dev and strategy.

Chris is co-founder and CEO of Phosphorus Cybersecurity Inc. A 25-year veteran of the information security industry, Chris is a renowned leader in cybersecurity innovation and disruption. In his career, Chris has founded and led several multi-million dollar companies including Bastille, the first company to enable enterprise security teams to assess and mitigate the risk associated with the growing Internet of Things,, and Endgame, ranked for the last two years as the most valuable venture backed company in Virginia, and new leader in the endpoint security space.
Chris is a sought-after speaker with appearances at prestigious global security conferences including RSA, Black Hat, and HITB GSEC, and has been featured as a security expert and contributor for national broadcast and print media outlets including CNN, Forbes, and The Wall Street Journal. He was also named the Metro Atlanta Chamber’s Business Person of the Year in 2011 for his innovation and leadership.
Chris holds more than a dozen patents and holds a Masters Degree from the Georgia Institute of technology.

Mack Treece is currently COO and CFO at Eos Energy Storage, a utility scale storage manufacturer in New Jersey. Prior to Eos, Mack led Viridity Energy in November 2012 as the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer where he was responsible for all day-to-day operations of Viridity, including sales, marketing, operations and finance. Treece has over 20 years of experience in senior management positions, with a specific focus on successfully scaling young companies into dominant market positions.
Previously, Treece was the CEO and co-founder of ConnectFN and was responsible for the overall management and strategic direction Prior to ConnectFN, Treece served as President for Teliris where he led the telepresence provider’s Global Sales, Marketing, Finance and Operations.
Treece also held several executive positions with increasing responsibility at OBS (formerly Equant). Treece began his career with Bell Atlantic, where he last held the position of Global CFO for Bell Atlantic International Wireless (BAIW) and Senior Vice President for Asia. Treece has lived and worked abroad as part of global organizations for more than 25 years.
Mack has a B.S. in Finance and Marketing from the University of Virginia and an MBA in International Finance from Widener University.

David Knight serves as Federos’s CEO. As CEO, he is responsible for executing the vision of Federos which integrates sales, product management and development, marketing, and customer support to deliver the unified services assurance solution, Assure1, to our customers.
Previously, at Motorola, David served as Vice President & General Manager of Public Sector Applications, a division of Motorola’s Government & Public Safety group with a global customer base. David served as Vice President of Worldwide Operations for SEI which provided help desk services, sales support, and retail support services globally to customers including McDonald’s, Jiffy Lube, Steak ‘N Shake, and Dunkin Brands. Prior to SEI, David was Vice President of Corporate Development at Micromuse (NASDAQ: MUSE), a publicly traded network management software provider, where he executed over $200 million in acquisitions and subsequent integrations, developed and strengthened partnerships, and oversaw back-office operations. David also held senior financial, sales, and operations positions at Ameritech.
David holds a BS in Accounting from Valparaiso University and a Masters in Management from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
