In a Gartner-documented deployment, a satcom-as-a-service provider serving government, public safety, and commercial customers adopted an AMTD-based stealth networking approach ahead of a major infrastructure launch, continuously splitting network traffic across multiple physical paths while rotating encryption keys at shifting intervals. The result: person-in-the-middle attacks became impossible to execute, and intercepted traffic remained unusable even against future decryption attempts.

Dispersive holds 53 granted patents covering multipath fragmentation, dynamic path selection, independent per-channel encryption, and stealth transport. The architecture is proprietary and purpose-built, not assembled from commodity components.

In 2022, Dispersive was one of only two U.S. companies selected for the AWS Defense Accelerator. Dispersive is an AWS ISV-A partner, available on the AWS Commercial Marketplace and the AWS IC Marketplace.
Ahead of the Mandate: Post-Quantum Cryptography
In June 2026, the White House issued an Executive Order requiring all High Value Assets, National Security Systems, and covered defense contractors to transition to post-quantum cryptography by December 31, 2030, with a further deadline for digital signatures by December 31, 2031, independently confirmed by Gartner's own analysis of the order. The mandate is built around NIST-standardized algorithms, including ML-KEM for key exchange, as the countermeasure against harvest-now-decrypt-later attacks, where adversaries capture encrypted data today in order to decrypt it once quantum computing makes that possible.
Dispersive is FIPS 140-3 compliant and aligned with NIST-standardized ML-KEM today. Our segmentation and per-channel encryption architecture goes beyond the order's baseline: defeating it requires an adversary to capture not just the data, but every segment across every dynamic path, plus the precise latency metadata for each one, a practical impossibility the order doesn't yet contemplate. Formal NSA recognition remains an open priority we're actively pursuing, not yet a certification we hold.

A proven cybersecurity industry leader, Rajiv is passionate about growth, driving innovation, and scaling Software as a Service (SaaS) companies. Rajiv has two decades of experience across product, go-to-market, and sales and was the chief revenue officer for Veridium US, LLC. Prior to joining Veridium, he held sales, corporate development, and technical roles at Cloudmark (acquired by Proofpoint), Atlantis Computing (acquired by HiveIO) and Verizon. He has an MBA and master’s degree in computer science from Widener University in Pennsylvania and a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from the University of Pune in India.

Dr. Roy Bryan Stoker is a distinguished engineering leader and strategic advisor with over 40 years of experience at the forefront of secure communications, cyber defense, and emerging technologies. A former senior technical executive at the National Security Agency (NSA) and Technical Director for USCYBERCOM J2, Dr. Stoker has architected and deployed mission-critical systems that underpin U.S. signals intelligence and cyber operations around the globe.
Throughout his career, Dr. Stoker has led the design and delivery of cutting-edge solutions for secure networking, wireless vulnerability assessment, and advanced geolocation. His tenure at USCYBERCOM saw the creation of a quantum-resistant, globally scalable communications framework to support operations across both high-throughput and bandwidth-constrained environments. He is also the visionary behind CRYSTALVISTA, a cross-agency initiative for secure data obfuscation and mission resilience, now advancing toward full field deployment.
Dr. Stoker holds a Ph.D. and MBA in Business Administration, an MSEE from Johns Hopkins University, and a BSEE from North Carolina State University. He is a licensed professional engineer, NSA adjunct faculty member, and recipient of multiple commendations from the NSA, NRO, and SIGINT Committee for his leadership in innovation, wireless security, and interagency collaboration.

Greg Akers was the Senior Vice President & CTO of Advanced Security Research & Government and Chief Technology Officer within the Security & Trust Organization (STO) group at Cisco. With more than two decades of executive experience, Akers brought a wide range of technical and security knowledge to this role. A major focus of his group was to expand security awareness and launch product resiliency initiatives throughout Cisco’s development organization to deliver high-quality and secure products to customers. He also served as executive sponsor of the Cisco Disability Awareness Network.
Akers joined Cisco in 1993. He held a variety of technical, managerial and executive roles at Cisco. These have included networking engineer, Vice President for the Worldwide Technical Assistance Center, Senior Vice President-CTO Services and Senior Vice President-Global Governments Solutions Group. He also holds the CCIE certification.
In addition, Akers is an Internet security and critical infrastructure protection advisor to Cisco customers and to the U.S. government. He regularly advises and directs activities relative to technology and security matters of domestic and international importance. Akers has also advised the U.S. Department of Defense and the federal intelligence community for more than fifteen years.
Before joining Cisco, Akers’ career included more than 15 years of designing, building, and running large networks for Fortune 100 companies. He has held senior technical and leadership roles at Fechheimer Brothers, a holding of Berkshire Hathaway, and Procter and Gamble.
Today, Greg Akers advises large and startup commercial organizations. He continues to serve as a government advisor. He also sits on several “for” and “not-for” profit boards.
Akers holds a bachelor of science degree in chemical engineering from the University of Akron.
